I think Ritualists might sit at the bottom instead of Mesmers. Warrior is definitely the most played profession.

Oooh! I'm going to make a paragon so I want her to be very unique... As in not a lot of people using them. XD

Nice choice.
Make sure you get "There's Nothing To Fear!" for god mode though.

Hmm, probably
3. Elementalist
4. Necro
5. Ranger
Just a guess, but that seems more or less the order in how frequently I see them. Rangers aren't exactly scarce, but I'm pretty sure I see more necroes.

I disagree with Mesmer @ #10, I'd put Paragon in there instead. Everyone likes to see the big yellow numbers come up (hence War and Ele are #2 and #3, respectively), rather than the ones that just press some buttons to let others see big yellow numbers.

...which is pretty much the work-description of mesmers. That, and "waiting for the enemy to do something".
IME paragons do ranger-class damage.

Go to the rune trader and look at the prices of minor runes - that tells you what classes are most used.
You have a breakdown similar to:
W/Mo/E > N/D/R > Rt/A > P/Me

Assassins are far from least played, when you consider how many Naturotards/Ninjawannabes there are in this game.
